Losing weight is more than just reps and sets

Color your life and create a change!

When we think it’s time to lose weight, we immediately think we have to hit the gym and start the hard courts, while envisioning dry crackers, lettuce leaves, and tomatoes as our staple diet.

In my experience, weight increases when you are not being the person you want to be. Sure there are some people who may have a medical problem that causes them to gain weight, but my work life tells me that for most, weight comes with emotion. This is why someone will put on weight, diet, exercise hard, and lose weight only to find that several months or a year later, all the weight is back, and often more. Weight gain and loss can become something of a roller coaster ride.

If you are overweight and don’t have a medical problem, you need to get to the heart of the problem. You may still have to hit the gym, walk or run every day, and undoubtedly watch your diet, but until you get to the heart of the problem, your weight will go haywire.

So how do you get to the core? Easy. You start to work with your personal numerology, the colors you wear and your environment. All of these things reflect exactly who you are, what you are thinking and what you are really feeling.

Did you know that your date of birth will even indicate where your body weight can go? The day you were born is your birth number, this number is related to your natural characteristics. The year you were born is your routing number, this number relates to the people you meet and the education you get. Your force number is when you take the day, month, and year and bring it to a single digit. Your strength number relates to a combination of all the natural characteristics you were born with, the education you have obtained, the people you meet, and what you do with your life.

Here’s an example: For a person born on April 12, 1970, their birth number would be 1 + 2 = 3. Their routing number would be 1 + 9 + 7 + 0 = 17. The 17 would be reduced to a single digit 1 +7 = 8. Your Force number would be 1 + 2 + 4 + 1 + 9 + 7 + 0 = 24 and then it would be reduced to a single digit 2 + 4 = 6

Now, a person with 3 in their numerology, either as their birth number, path number, or strength number, will be inclined to gain weight around their waist. Number 3 has to do with self-esteem. People with 3 can often feel that they have to be servants or martyrs, giving to others before giving themselves. When I work with someone whose birthday is 3, I work to raise their self-esteem and it doesn’t take long before they lose weight.

Life it is about the choice, but we often forget it. When you feel like you have no other choice, your self-esteem decreases and your weight increases. Let me tell you about one of my clients, Cathy …

Cathy called me to ask if she could join one of my Change4U courses. You could feel the low self esteem even over the phone. She was a single mother who struggled with a 7-year-old daughter, with enormous financial problems and with about 16 kilos of extra weight. When he called, I knew he had to participate in my course, but I couldn’t afford it. She said that all she could afford was $ 40.00 and to allow her to participate in the course as she urgently needed it. He promised that he would pay me when he could. I immediately said yes, as I knew we would have her on track in no time. We did? Absolutely!

After just 12 weeks, Cathy had lost 15 kilos and fixed her finances. His course fees were paid and he had his first date in a long time.

So what did Cathy do? We work with their numbers first. His birth number was 26, which meant that he self-sabotaged. He knew what he had to do, but he didn’t.

With the number 26, the best diet will often be a vegetarian diet. When I mentioned this to her, she immediately responded that she felt much better when she ate mostly fruits and vegetables, so we monitored her protein and fat intake. Her skin was the first part of her body to start looking amazing … years passed from her face.

I looked at his name and his signature. His signature was one that is often seen with women who don’t know who they are. The letters did not flow in his first name and in his last name there were many circles even though the letters were not o. Then once he wrote his name, he would double back with one line and then double check the name again with one line. It was as if he had written his name and then crossed it out. This means: “I really don’t like myself.” I taught Cathy to sign her name with the y looped sweetly. With any letter like y where there is a part below the line, it is important that the letter return to the starting point. With his last name we dropped a lot out of the loop and then finished with a flick to the end of the n like a little v. By doing this, I made Cathy feel that she now had victory over her life and, in particular, over the past.

Your signature is so important. It is your identity. Every time you sign with your name you are signing how you feel about yourself and about life. Cathy didn’t like herself or her life.

We move on to the clothes she was wearing, especially the main colors: black, brown, gray or beige. The black indicated that she was in mourning, the brown that she was bogged down, the gray that she did not know where to go or what to do, while the beige indicated that she had very little of anything. I didn’t have a lot of money to spend so we started with underwear and worked from there.

The black and white boxer shorts went one by one and the reds, turquoise, green, pink, and orange came in. We started with the orange underwear first to create a change and unlock what needed to be unlocked. Orange is an amazing color. It works with the sacral chakra – the chakra that reminds us that we have a choice in life. This chakra teaches us to be an empress, not a martyr.

Why underwear? They are the first garment that is placed on your body every day; nobody chooses them except you. They cover the sacral chakra and the hip area. The hips are what propel us forward. Legs are where we walk into the future. When you choose underwear of a certain color, you are choosing where you want to walk in the future and what you want in your life. It wasn’t long before Cathy was able to afford new clothes, so they ditched the old colors and came all the wonderful colors that made her feel great.

The last thing we worked on was in your home environment. You rented a very small, low-cost home, so you thought you wouldn’t have much of a choice in what you could do, but you soon realized what a difference even moving furniture can make.

We start in his bedroom. Your bedroom is your identity. It represents what you think and feel about life. I had him push his bed away from the wall and toss the poison willow he had in the corner of the room. The poison willow was not decorative. It was just dead wood. It’s no wonder that she had placed this in her bedroom – she didn’t have good self-esteem about herself and it also represented the dead wood she still carried from her ex-husband, who constantly looked down on and verbally abused her. I gave him a soulmate print from my collection. It looks amazing on the wall. He saw it every day when he got up. She went through her closet and threw away all the old clothes and shoes, making room for the new ones.

After a few weeks the budget allowed a change of sheets, pillowcases and mattress for the bed. We work with pink and green and a little turquoise. Pink and green when combined allow you to love again. Turquoise will always help you to be sincere and to do the best for yourself.

By working with the Change4U program, Cathy was able to start with the base chakra and work through the body chakras in conjunction with her environment to release all the debris that was still floating around from her childhood and her ex-husband. We really got to the heart of the weight problem.

After 12 weeks, Cathy has lost weight. He was able to change his role within his company in order to earn commissions. After just 12 weeks he was able to pay off both credit cards and for the first time in a long time to have money in the bank. Best of all, in the last week of her course she went on a date with a beautiful man.

If you have weight problems, look at the root of the problem. When you take responsibility for your life and your actions, you will achieve what you want.
