When you feel trapped in life and chained to those thoughts of imprisonment

One way to heal those self-imprisoned thoughts of feeling depressed and stuck is to let go of the prison house and become one with our inner Self.

What is it that gives us the idea of feeling trapped in life?

Once we are clear about what we really want out of life, I found that we resurrect to experience self-healing.

I noticed a parallel with that feeling of depression and imprisonment that we often do to ourselves. You know, when you feel stuck in life.

Tea race in miracles he states: “No one wants madness, nor does anyone cling to this madness if they see that this is what it is.”

The authorities seized all my material possessions, or what was left of them, and I was left penniless. All that was left of me was what seemed to be an empty mind.

I use the word “empty” because the material world that had consumed me my entire life had vanished in an instant.

He had received terrible legal advice from a lawyer who was ill equipped to be honest enough about my case and I was no match for the well polished prosecutor and judge, who wanted to be known as tough.

This made me feel more depressed and stuck. He set an example, all right, by giving me a ten-year prison sentence.

His words didn’t come close to rescuing me from the nausea of feeling depressed and stuck that the sledgehammer drop had brought on.

Reality hit hard.

Tea race in miracles It also teaches us that, “What protects madness is the belief that it is true.”

And worse still, six months after entering prison, I read the news of the death of my lawyer due to a drug overdose on the front page. Looks like he was found face down in the winter snow in his backyard, loaded with cocaine.

The search for a new prison attorney made me feel more depressed and trapped, and would not be an easy task unless I could get outside help.

Of the people in my life, only a few stayed with me, and those few continue to encourage me with their support.

Many loved ones are scared when someone goes to jail.

I don’t mean this as an attack or accusation towards anyone; it is simply a fact of life for a group of individuals who feel depressed and stuck and become destitute upon being incarcerated.

Try to see that identifying with your inner vision and your true free will helps you overcome life’s challenges by reducing fears of taking action on your goals and objectives.

He is then able to break free from the prison cell that he only believes has him chained and bound.

To your inner freedom!
