The Beyond Bryce 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program offers comprehensive training in yoga and meditation. Instructors are highly qualified and experienced and include Bryce Farrell, Corinne Farrell, and Danielle Meissner. They all have over 2,500 hours of yoga teaching experience and have taught at a variety of colleges and universities. They also have their own yoga studios. All three are BU graduates.

The course covers physiology, anatomy, and postural alignment. It is a comprehensive course that provides students with an understanding of the foundational philosophies of yoga and the tools necessary to effectively teach it. In addition, it includes hands-on practice teaching and includes an in-depth analysis of yoga asanas. It also provides an in-depth study of postures and the benefits of each pose.

Aside from teaching yoga, Beyond Bryce offers other courses to enhance the skills of its yoga teachers. The two-week program allows the trainee to explore new movement modalities and apply what they have learned in yoga. Aside from that, it offers 30 hours of continuing education credit, which is invaluable for a teacher who wants to advance his or her career. This is an intensive, seven-day course that teaches more than just asanas.

The Beyond Bryce 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program is led by Alison King Tigges and Gabe Hopp. They both have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and are both ERYT-500-certified. The course also includes extensive study of yoga philosophy and techniques. During the training, students will gain a deeper understanding of yoga asana as a whole, and they will learn to apply these concepts to their practice.

During the 200 hour Bryce training, participants will gain a deep understanding of yoga and meditation. The 200 hour training program is divided into three modules: pre-requisites, and certification requirements. Upon completion, students will be eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT200. Once the program is complete, they will be able to teach yoga at the 300 and 500-hour levels.
