Homeless zombie! the undead prostitute

While at Comic Con in Emerald City, I passed a booth that caught my eye. Once I got closer and examined the contents of his screen, I realized that Zombie Tramp was the culprit. She was so dead, so hot and unnatural looking. Not to mention the clever double heard “She’ll blow your brains out.” Needless to say, I’m a sucker for all things zombie-related. There are only 2 issues posted right now (out of 3 total) and I tried to get the booth guy to give me both at a discount, but he was rigid and I had to pay a full FIVE dollars for each. BUT, looking back, I’m glad I paid full price because I know it’s important to support independent comics and I want Dan Mendoza to do a third issue. I have to know how the story ends!

Here’s the story: Janey Belle is a high class call girl, ‘serving’ the richest and most famous ‘A’ list celebrities and moguls. She makes appearances at red carpet events and knows the ‘in’s and ‘outs’ of the boudoir. She is pimped by a transvestite named Madame George. When Mrs. George gets into trouble with the law, she makes a deal for her freedom by arranging for Janey to spend an afternoon ‘working’ with the sheriff. But the sheriff has other plans in mind as he leads her to the basement where her zombie son is chained up… and the rest builds from there. I don’t want to spoil the comic too much.

At its core, this comic is a boob fest with a fast moving storyline and a blood and gore love story. EXTREMELY entertaining to read and consequently one of my favorite comics acquired at the Con. It totally caught me off guard, caught me off guard and fulfilled my zombie cravings. I think the reason I liked it so much, besides the presence of the undead at all times, is because the story is SO silly and crazy. If you don’t like comic nudity (huge balloon breasts and lots of panties), then stay away from this one.
