I have to wear a padded bra, when will my breasts grow?

Most of the things I could say, you’ve probably heard before; don’t try to grow too fast, you haven’t finished growing yet, small breasts are great, you are more worried about them than others, be happy with who you are, and different girls’ bodies grow at different stages!

The fact, all this is true, although it may not make you feel better; your body hasn’t finished growing yet. Some girls experience puberty later than others; sometimes the breast may be the last part to develop. In fact, some girls experience a growth spurt and develop their breasts in just a few months.

There is also a matter of heredity, as some breasts can never be much of a problem. Most adults with small breasts wish they could be bigger, while adults with large breasts wish they were smaller. Small or long; either way, they are part of who you are.

Sometimes trying to wear a padded bra before you can fit into one can have the opposite effect. Wearing this bra under a T-shirt can sometimes look weird, especially if it doesn’t fill it all the way.

My advice is to ditch the padded bra and try a sports bra instead. Yes, your friends may notice at first, but in the end you will be happy and have nothing to hide. Your breasts never stop growing, and over time, they should catch up.

The absolutely most important thing is; Be happy with who you are and remember that your breasts are a beautiful part of you.
