You are late for an appointment, you run vigorously and alone
realized that he is hungry and has not eaten lunch. you look
around and the only place you can find quickly is
McDonald’s. What is your job?

Your mind says no, it’s not healthy food. Your stomach says yes
it’s time to eat. It’s running out of food or a quick grab at McDonalds. What about all the negative exposure regarding McDonalds nutritional information?

You make the decision to grab something so your mind is clear
for your big date. Now what? Burgers, McNuggets, French fries, shakes, salads, everything confuses it as the best nutritional option.

After reviewing the current nutrition information for McDonalds, I have
decided to make it easier for the consumer to make smart
options by listing my McDonalds “Best Choice Awards.” Please remember, you have a choice. Mickey D’s has tried to offer some healthier alternatives to choose from. It is your responsibility to make that smart choice.

My biggest concern when looking at McDonald’s nutritional information was the amount of artery-clogging saturated fat found in each item. I also paid close attention to the number of calories found in each item.

menu than in the past, but overall, it’s not like eating brown rice and steamed vegetables. I am listing all of the foods below in the “not so bad” category.
