Increasing Density Training Video Guide Review

Is the increasing density training video guide another one of those overrated muscle building programs, or does it really work? After buying many useless training programs that promised me low fat and big muscles, I was very reluctant and skeptical about the Escalated Density Training System when I first saw it.

A good training program that really works for the average person is almost impossible to find nowadays. Most muscle building programs are made for serious weight lifters and do not benefit the average weight lifter.

1. What exactly is Increasing Density Training?

This form of training breaks away from traditional training routines that tend to take a long time and are very boring and ineffective in nature. This method of weight training, also known as EDT, was developed by professional trainer Charles Staley and is set to revolutionize the muscle building industry.

2. How is Increasing Density Training different from other muscle building programs?

Most strength training programs will teach people how to lift the same number of weights and do the same number of repetitions every day, often with little or no monitoring of progress. Ultimately, this results in very little muscle gain results. In order to build muscles really fast, the intensity and amount of weights must be changed according to one’s own progress.

3. What does a training program with increasing density training look like?

For an EDT workout, you will lift the maximum weight you can do for 10 repetitions. You will then need to choose 2 exercises and perform 5 repetitions of each without resting in between. You will then need to keep repeating the process until you find that you need more than 30 seconds of rest between the 2 exercises.
